Who We Are
What was it like to be a teenage mother in the middle east at the turn of the millennium? Imagine what it must have been like for this mother to be the one to give birth to the Savior of the world, the promised Messiah! In Magnificat the Musical, we get to see up-close the young girl with hopes and dreams, who is given a new direction in life. Tthen watch as she and her husband Joseph navigate being parents to a teenage son, who also
happens to be a perfect human! And then join with us as Mary struggles to let Jesus go to fulfill his mission while trying to hold on to him as a mother, showing her faith and human emotions as he gives his life for the world!
Why now?
In this day and age, we are being reminded of so many uncertainties: the future, political stability, the financial markets, etc. Sometimes a story about God's work entering the world, and the faith and courage of a teenage girl can inspire and comfort us. We want to tell this story, and pray that YOUR story will become an adventure that inspires others!
